Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BookMyCorporateParty.com and all services provided through the platform.

1. Nature of Service

BookMyCorporateParty.com operates solely as a third-party facilitator, connecting corporate clients with hospitality venues (restaurants, lounges, banquets, resorts, etc.) for party and event bookings.

  • We do not own, operate, manage, or represent any venue directly.
  • Our role is limited to lead generation, coordination, and facilitation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after the applicable advance payment or deposit is received.
  • The venue has issued written confirmation (email, message, or signed agreement).
  • The venue reserves the right to cancel bookings due to non-payment, policy violations, or force majeure events.
  • BookMyCorporateParty.com is not responsible for service issues arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

3. Venue Selection & Quotation

  • Venues are shortlisted based on client requirements, availability, and suitability.
  • Quoted prices are subject to applicable GST.
  • Minimum guarantees on guest count or food & beverage spend may apply.
  • Venue-specific terms and seasonal surcharges may apply.
  • Clients should review the venue's Terms & Conditions before confirming the booking.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments may be made directly to the venue or through BookMyCorporateParty.com depending on the arrangement.
  • Booking advances are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the venue's Terms & Conditions.
  • The final bill is solely the responsibility of the client and the venue.
  • BookMyCorporateParty.com is not responsible for billing disputes.
  • Any service charges by BookMyCorporateParty.com will be disclosed in advance.

5. Cancellation, Postponement & Refunds

  • Cancellations are subject to the venue's cancellation policy.
  • Postponement requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to venue approval.
  • BookMyCorporateParty.com does not process refunds but may assist in communication between the client and the venue.

6. Changes & Additions

  • Changes to event timing, guest count, menu, or F&B package must be informed at least 72 hours before the event.
  • All changes are subject to venue approval.
  • Final pricing may be revised based on the requested changes.

7. Venue Obligations

The venue is solely responsible for:

  • Service quality, hygiene, safety, staffing, and event execution.
  • Maintaining all required licenses such as FSSAI, liquor license, fire NOC, etc.
  • Managing seating, music, valet, permissions, and vendor coordination.

8. Client Obligations

  • Ensure all attendees comply with venue rules and regulations.
  • Avoid illegal activities, prohibited substances, or creating public nuisance.
  • Accept financial responsibility for any damages caused by guests during the event.

9. Indemnity

Both the venue and the client agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookMyCorporateParty.com from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from the event, except where caused directly by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of BookMyCorporateParty.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

BookMyCorporateParty.com shall not be liable for:

  • Service failures, delays, or unsatisfactory performance by the venue.
  • Accidents, injuries, theft, or incidents occurring at the venue.
  • Billing errors, refund disputes, or post-event complaints beyond its facilitation role.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for non-performance or cancellation due to:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Government restrictions or orders.
  • Pandemic outbreaks.
  • Venue closures or operational breakdowns beyond reasonable control.

12. Branding & Promotions

  • BookMyCorporateParty.com may feature non-confidential events in case studies, marketing, or promotional material.
  • Client names or logos will only be used with prior written consent.

13. Confidentiality

Client information, including employee names, event budgets, and internal business details, will remain confidential and will only be shared with venues or vendors as necessary to complete the booking.

14. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

  • Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion.
  • If unresolved, all legal proceedings shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, where BookMyCorporateParty.com is registered.
